Usha Srikanth leads the Client Innovation Center (CIC) in India, IBM’s largest Global Delivery Unit catering to a diverse portfolio of clients and industries across the world.
Usha adeptly manages the Delivery, cutting across all growth platforms of IBM Consulting – Hybrid Cloud Services (HCS), Business Transformation Services (BTS) and Cyber Security Services (CSS) through centres spread across 13 locations in India.
With over 3 decades of Industry experience majorly with Financial Services Clients, Usha’s current focus is on leading CIC India to leverage Next Gen AI to help drive workforce and delivery transformation to enhance business value for clients.
In her tenure at IBM, she has extensively worked with various clients on strategy, solution shaping and supporting the implementation of Global Delivery Models for various with a focus on cost optimization and innovation leverage.
She holds a Master degree in Management Studies and a Bachelor degree in Engineering. She is a member of the IBM India Board of Directors and holds a Diamond Industry Badge in Banking & Financial Markets, the highest form of Industry Recognition in IBM.
Usha advocates for Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and is actively involved in several initiatives in this space.
