Tejaswini Rajwade

Chief Finance Officer, IBM India/South Asia

Tejaswini is Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for the IBM India and South Asia region. She is responsible for leading IBM’s financial operations, which includes overseeing the company’s accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, internal audit, and treasury management. Tejaswini was appointed to this position in July 2020.

Prior to this, Tejaswini was the Vice President, Global Accounts Receivable Cash Management, based in Armonk, USA. In this role, she was responsible for envisioning and implementing a global Accounts Receivable blueprint across programs, processes, tools, and operations through transformative plays. Previously Tejaswini was Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President and IBM Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2018.

Tejaswini relocated to IBM corporate headquarters in Armonk, New York in May 2016 as the Director of Finance, IBM Global Markets where she was responsible for the consolidation and execution of forecasting and budgeting cycles and reporting of IBM’s geographical financial performance. Before that, Tejaswini held various finance leadership positions including IBM's Middle East and Africa Controller, based in Dubai.

Tejaswini is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with 30 years of industry experience.

Tejaswini won Gold in the category of Women of the Year at the 2021 Globee Golden Bridge Business and Innovation Awards.
