Building the Future with IBM Power

IBM Power is known for its scalability and performance with the most demanding workloads. At the heart of this initiative, our focus spans diverse industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Hi-tech, Travel & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Energy, Resources & Utilities (ERU).

Expanding a Longstanding Collaboration

TCS and IBM are expanding their longstanding collaboration to deliver cutting-edge IBM Power Systems solutions. This collaboration offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to empower businesses in today's dynamic IT landscape.

A cornerstone of this partnership is the IBM Power Systems Solution Centre. This virtual centre, staffed with subject matter experts, engineers, and specialists from both TCS and IBM, will serve as a central hub for driving and supporting client pursuits. The Solution Centre will focus on key areas such as infrastructure transformation, modernization with Red Hat OpenShift on Power, and AI on Power solution offerings.

The Power GSI team within the Ecosystem organization at IBM’s India Systems Development Lab (ISDL) will serve as the technical focal point, providing the necessary skills, resources, and capabilities to deliver on the scope and initiatives outlined in the MoU.

The TCS team, based in India, will spearhead dedicated presales and technical efforts to promote IBM Power Systems Solution areas globally, guided by defined and agreed milestones.

Together with TCS, the ISDL Technical team will build joint collateral, co-create assets, develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), and drive joint client pursuits to accelerate the adoption of Power systems in the marketplace. This collaboration is not just about technology but about creating value and driving innovation for our clients across industries.

• Hybrid Cloud Solutions: Integrate IBM Power Virtual Server and Power Private Cloud for flexible, scalable hybrid cloud solutions.
• AI on Power Systems: Leverage AI capabilities for data-driven decision-making and process automation.
• Application Modernization: Deploy Red Hat OpenShift on Power for agile application deployment and scalability.
• Power Infrastructure Modernization: Enhance hardware and software for improved performance and reliability.
• SAP HANA Expertise: Optimize SAP HANA deployments on IBM Power Systems for scalability and performance enhancements.
• Automation with Power Systems: Develop automation solutions to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
• Tailored Solutions for BFSI: Addressing specific challenges of the BFSI sector, TCS will deliver customized solutions to enhance security and operational efficiency.
