Subhathra Srinivasaraghavan is the Vice President at IBM India Systems Development Lab (ISDL), where she leads teams working across IBM Infrastructure portfolio of IBM Power, IBM Z, Storage, IBM Cloud, and Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS). The lab works across the stack, from processor development to firmware, operating systems, and systems software, engaging the ecosystem of customers and partners. With over 25 years of experience in systems and at IBM, she plays a critical role in shaping IBM’s global technology strategy and execution.
Beginning her career as an operating systems developer, Subhathra has been instrumental in establishing ISDL as a global hub for development and innovation. She has built global development missions and actively engaged with open-source communities. Her leadership has driven the transformation of agile product development and the integration of design thinking, fostering a culture of speed, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
A passionate advocate for people development, Subhathra has enabled teams to build new capabilities through modern engineering practices. She is a frequent speaker at external conferences and events, sharing insights on leadership, innovation, and transformation.
